How do I selectively migrate my website files or tables only? Print

To migrate your site using WPRemote:

Step 1: Go to the WPRemote website and sign up using your email ID.

Step 2: On the WPRemote site listing page, select the website of your choice.

Step 3: It'll take you to the Site Detail page. On this page, go to the backup section and click on the Migrate button.

Step 4: Enter your FTP details. Click Continue.

Step 5: Enter the WP Installation folder. Click Continue.

Step 6: Enter the new website's URL. This will be the website you are migrating your old website to. Click Continue.

Step 7: To selectively restore either just files or tables, click SELECTIVE RESTORE.

Step 8: Select the Files checkbox if you want to migrate only files.

Select the Database checkbox if you want to migrate, only your website database.

If you want to restore both files and all tables, select both checkboxes.

Step 9: WPRemote migrates your website automatically.

Step 10: Your website has been migrated to the new URL.
