There are times when even though the website contains our plugin and is activated, it loses connection with our servers. We immediately send you a notification regarding this.

If a website is disconnected from your dashboard, you can always connect it in 2 easy steps. 


Step 1: Log in to the account and click on the ‘Connect’ button


Step 2: Go Back to the WPRemote Dashboard for the Plugin installation and click on "Plugin already installed? Check now!"

Step 3: You will get this box where you can click on Proceed to next step
