WPRemote backs up your websites once every 24 hours. But you can also back your website up whenever you want. For this you need to:
To back up your website immediately:
Step 1: Go to WPRemote website and sign up using your email ID.
Step 2: On the WPRemote site listing page, select the website that you want to backup.
Step 3: It'll take you to the Site Detail page. There select the BACKUPS section.
Step 4: Now click on the Backup Now button.
Step 5: Now, you can add notes for the backup you are taking now. Click Ok.
Step 5: A pop-up window will appear. Click Ok.
WPRemote will immediately initiate a backup.
